The problem

Deciding on the UK coffee shelf without a European benchmark comes at a cost

Category, Trade Marketing and Revenue Management teams make weekly calls on price, range and promotions. Most do so with their own numbers, the data each retailer chooses to share, or panel reports that land after the shelf has already moved. The result is predictable: pricing with no market benchmark, promotions that miss where private label is pushing, and ranges that don’t reflect what’s happening this quarter.

Your shelf changes from one day to the next. This report shows how it changed between June and September.
